Refreshingly wild and wildly refreshing

Mix together in a glass:

One part Mad Moose
Three parts sparkling non-alc white wine
Spritz of lemon juice

Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Old Fashioned

A classic.
You can’t mess this up

Over ice shake up:

60mL / 2oz Mad Moose
A few dashes of Orleans-style bitters

Pour over a glass with an ice cube. Then if you’re feelin’ fancy add a wee slice of orange peel.
