Items must be in their original packaging in the same condition as when received.

Return Authorization: You will receive response and if applicable, return instructions.
Package Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible.
Ship Your Return: Send your return using the shipping method provided in your return instructions.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for items of equal value. For exchanges with price differences:
If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference.
If the new item costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference.
