Position Overview
We're seeking a collaborative professional with strong results orientation to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence across Québec, with opportunities for future expansion into other markets. This role offers the unique opportunity to help build a new premium brand while gaining hands-on experience in beverage sales, relationship building, and territory development within the rapidly growing non-alcoholic beverage market.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive sales growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and territory management
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts including liquor stores, restaurants, bars, hotels, and specialty retailers
Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase Mad Moose's unique positioning
Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements with retail partners
Meet and work to exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Territory Development & Market Expansion
Build and execute comprehensive territory plans for Québec market penetration
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sales channels
Conduct market review to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors’ positioning
Develop strategic partnerships with distributors and key retail partners
Support expansion planning for future market entry
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain detailed customer records and sales pipeline using CRM systems
Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support
Gather and report market feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
Business Development & Market Intelligence
Attend networking opportunities to build brand awareness
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the non-alcoholic beverage space
Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the company owner
Support brand positioning initiatives through direct customer feedback
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (funding requirement)
0-8 years of experience (funding requirement)
Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Based in Québec with ability to travel throughout the province
Minimum 30 hours per week availability
Experience & Skills
Experience in either:
Sales, preferably in beverage, consumer goods, or premium products
The retail and hospitality settings where the product will be sold
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work well without daily supervision in a remote environment
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
Understanding of retail sales channels and distribution networks
Knowledge of Québec market dynamics and consumer preferences an asset
Passion for premium brands and the non-alcoholic beverage movement

Base salary
Generous commission structure based on monthly revenue generated
